To check your Training Zone Settings in Garmin Connect and make changes: Log into your Garmin Connect account. Go to the top right-hand corner and navigate "Device" icon > "Devices and Sync Status". It's not possible in Connect IQ to get access to the HR zones that are set in Garmin Connect. For that reason I've used User Settings, which is new to Connect IQ 1.2. It has to be an automatically synced ACTIVITY from the Garmin device to GARMIN Connect and to ROUVY. ACTIVITY will show up in your Dashboard in the MY ACTIVITIES section - it will be marked as an Outdoor activity. You will not find it in the TRAINING DIARY. Maybe try a Max HR test to get that number with some confidence, and then calculate your zones based on that #. My max has decreased over the past few years (37m). Set your HR zones for cycling. Make sure to set max and resting HR. You can set the Intensity Minutes config in device settings.

The good news is that Garmin's revamped Connect app now puts daily heart rate data and stress data front and centre. Head to the My Day tab and you should see resting and high rate up top.
I have the same issue with my Instinct and the Connect app. When I look at my activity, I see the first "tab" with the three circles (although the avg respiration is blank), and the second "tab" shows detailed information in a text format. But the third "tab" that normally shows heart rate info, and a graph, is blank.
