First, make sure that your GPU is properly seated in its PCI-E slot. If it’s not, try reseating it. Next, check to see if your GPU drivers are up to date. If they’re not, update them. If you’re still experiencing low GPU usage after taking those steps, it’s possible that your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU.
Download the " 1. DLSSTweaks for RDR2 " pack from the files section of the mod page. Extract the contents of that ZIP file into your "Red Dead Redemption 2" folder. Ensure that the xinput9_1_0.dll , dlsstweaks.ini & DLSSTweaksConfig.exe files are located in the same folder as RDR2.exe, this is necessary for DLSSTweaks to load in & any tweaks
